June 20 update:
Whilst the final work is still happening inside the building Wilshire have already got their new offices up and running. The volume of space in these tenancies is amazing! Exposed services & raw materials makes this unique character space for the CBD. 4.5m stud, end of trip facilities and the ease of a Queen and Lorne St lobby.
Handover begins to the first of our tenants at the end of the month so expect to see the building opening in late August.
